A July Canmore Wedding

   Our happy couple- Heather & Mate along with their talented photographer Boon Ong Photography, were nice enough to allow us the use of some of their beautiful photos from their wedding day during July in beautiful Canmore, Alberta.  The ceremony was held at Solara Resort and Spa, and their photos took place at the resort, reservoir and surrounding areas.  It was such a perfect, hot beautiful day in July!  

 Heather had an idea of a hairstyle, she showed me a picture of what she was thinking but also wanted to incorporate her headband. I took what she showed me and designed a style that worked for her and her hair accessory. I also styled her sisters hair (lady in pink) she asked for a retro inspired up-do and the look really suited her. Lori did a fantastic job as always on Heather and her sister's makeup..

I LOVED Heather's dress and her her use of wildflowers through out her wedding, not just 1 or 2 types or colours of flowers!

Some stunning backdrop photo locations in Canmore! I really liked how the couple and their photographer, Boon got out into nature for their photos. That's what being married in the mountains is all about.
